RULES AND REGULATIONS

Admission Policy

All students shall make themselves familiar with the rules and regulations that concern their conduct in the school. ignorance of the rules will not be accepted as an excuse. Parents are requested to ensure that the rules and regulations are carefully observed by the student.

Children desiring admission to the K.G. section, of the school shall submit the following documents along with the application.

  • The photocopy of the birth certificate.
  • Two passport size photos.

Students seeking admission to the standard First shall submit the following documents besides those mentioned in the application form.

  • The original birth certificate issued from the village or the municipal office.

A candidate who has attended any recognized school cannot be admitted without a Leaving Certificate from the school last attended.

In case of candidate coming from the schools outside the state of Rajasthan, the Leaving Certificate must be countersigned by the educational officer of the district, in which the previous school is situated.

WITHDRAWAL

Any intended withdrawal of a student from the school must be communicated to the Principal in writing at least one calendar month (30 days) in advance; otherwise one month's fee will be charged. Those who withdraw from the school in April or May must pay fee up to June inclusive.

The School reserves the right to ask the parents to withdraw their child if his/her progress in studies is unsatisfactory, conduct harmful to other students, fee is not paid on time or if there are other reasons which, in the opinion of the school authorities, render his/her continuation in the school undesirable. Honesty, cleanliness of person and dress, good manners and loyalty are expected of each student and anyone not conforming to the School's ideals in these matters may be asked to leave. Immorality, grave insubordination, contempt of authority or wilful damage to property are always reasons for dismissal.
