Health and Wellness Club
Health is wealth and good health is the treasure hunt of every human being. Good health forms part and parcel of the students' overall development too. Health is not merely the absence of diseases. Hence the importance of this club is to make the students aware of the cost of ill health. The Health and Wellness Club was started in the year 2008. It aims to make the students of not only the knowledge of health but also the wellness of the student by giving some desirable health practices which would enable them to develop their physical, mental and emotional health and to create a healthy environment for the better life.
